Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note, due to high online order volumes and increased health and safety practices, you may experience some shipping delays once your order is with the carrier.

FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA

Free standard shipping to all states on orders of $25 USD or more (after any coupon and sale discounts). Anything under $25 USD will have a flat rate of $5 USD per order.  Orders ship from Ledyard, CT.

During its journey, it is not uncommon for some gaps to occur between tracking updates of a package. This is especially common during times of higher volumes with the couriers. Despite lapses in tracking, packages will still be in transit to you. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time provided above, please create a Service Inquiry with our Customer Service team for assistance within a maximum of 10 days from the estimated delivery date.

Please note: We cannot provide any additional tracking information before the shipping time frame has completed.

Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. If you require further assistance, please email us with a Service Inquiry and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please place a Service Inquiry with our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to select the "Returns, Refunds or Replacements" subject line option. Please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and once we have received your return back at our facility you will be reimbursed. Please note: the original and return shipping charges are not applicable for reimbursement. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.

Important: We cannot refund/credit/replace an order after 45 days from the original purchase date.

If your order arrives and you notice a shortage, damages or an error, you must report it within a maximum of 5 days from when the order was expected to be delivered. Be sure to select the Order Issue subject line option. Please include your order number, contact information, as well as a brief description of the issue. Should you be reporting damages, please include pictures of the damages along with the title(s) affected - we will be happy to assist you further.

Any sealed products (music CDs, audio books, videos, software, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened.

If Returns should become excessive or unwarranted then we have the right to restrict or disallow returns at our discretion.
